Executive Creative Director and Brand Strategist recognized for helping brands find their voice and create meaningful connections through creativity, strategy, and cultural insight.

After more than a decade honing her craft across leading agencies in Latin America, Carolina became a creative lead at Mother and The Community, where she led campaigns for Nike, Stella Artois, Converse, and Corona, brands that taught her the power of cultural relevance, design, and storytelling to shape genuine emotional connections.

She later joined Ogilvy, leading creative development for KFC, Starbucks, American Express, IKEA, and Red Stripe, crafting integrated campaigns that blended strategic rigor with creative excellence. As Executive Creative Director at CCOM, she guided a multidisciplinary team of writers, art directors, designers, and digital strategists in developing brand platforms for Florida Power & Light, Toyota, NuScale, and Concacaf, always championing ideas that drove both emotion and measurable impact.

Most recently, as Executive Creative Director at Latino Media Network (LMN), Carolina led brand, content, and digital strategy, repositioning a network of radio stations at the heart of their communities, driving growth in audience engagement, ratings, and revenue across major U.S. markets.

In 2024, she co-founded Creative Goods, an independent agency born from years of experience leading teams and building brands across categories and markets. Creative Goods partners with clients from a deep understanding of their business to create brands and campaigns that truly connect with people. Through a network of collaborators across the U.S. and South America, the agency delivers world-class creative and strategic solutions with the agility and cost-efficiency of a boutique model.
